Refusal Based on Immigration Status






According to section 216 (1) of the IRPR, a visa officer approves a study permit application when it can be demonstrated that the student will return to their home country upon completion of studies.The general rule is to apply from country of citizenship but there are many internatioal student not living in their counrty of citizenship for different reasons such as study, work, etc,…  in this training you are going to learn what you need to consider if you are appliying form a country which is not your country of residency.
